I never planned to write children's books, I just became a mum and started searching for stories that felt a little softer, calmer and more emotionally honest for my own child.
When I couldn't always find them, I started writing them myself.
My books are deliberately simple, short to read, gentle in tone, and subtle in their messaging. Nothing heavy or overwhelming, just thoughtful little stories that quietly explore the kinds of things children naturally become curious about as they grow.
You know, the "big feelings" everyone talks about, except usually it's something much smaller and harder to explain, like why friendship suddenly feels confusing, why confidence disappears overnight, or why tiny people ask enormous questions right before bedtime.
These are stories made for calm moments, bedtime cuddles, and children who sometimes need help making sense of the world around them.
